The hadith serves as a crucial foundation for understanding the interrelation between ritual worship and social ethics, particularly in the context of neighborly rights (ḥuqūq al-jār) and the ethical conduct of women in Islamic society. Employing an interdisciplinary approach that integrates matn criticism, hadith commentary (sharḥ), and social-gender analysis based on the TA11 framework (comprising Tamhid, Tautsiq, Takhrij, Tanasub with the Qur’an and other hadiths, Tarikh, Tarjamah Mufradat, Tahlil Sharḥ, Ta’wil, and Tathbiq), this research reveals that piety in Islam is not solely measured by the quantity of ritual acts, but more importantly by the quality of ethical behavior in social life. The hadith affirms that a woman who was diligent in worship yet harmed her neighbors is destined for Hell, whereas another woman with fewer ritual practices but who maintained good social relations is promised Paradise. These findings emphasize the importance of a prophetic model of social piety grounded in empathy, social responsibility, and ethical communication. This approach allows the exploration of personal experiences and in-depth reflections from individuals who have been victims, perpetrators, and witnesses of cyberbullying. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews and analyzed gradually to form theoretical concepts that represent the construction of meaning from the participants' perspectives. The findings of this study reveal that hadith values such as the importance of guarding speech, the prohibition of harming others, and the invitation to do good contribute to the birth of new awareness in responding to the dynamics of cyberspace, including the development of digital empathy, the ability to restrain oneself, and the application of media ethics. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali dan menemukan makna sabar secara lebih mendalam sebagaimana dijelaskan dalam hadis-hadis Nabi. Dalam prosesnya, pendekatan tematik digunakan untuk mengelompokkan hadis-hadis yang berkaitan dengan sabar ke dalam beberapa tema utama. Setelah tema-tema tersebut terbentuk, metode Grounded Theory diterapkan dengan tahapan analisis berupa coding terbuka, coding aksial, dan coding selektif guna mengkaji keterkaitan antarmakna dan menyusun suatu teori atau model pemahaman tentang sabar berdasarkan data hadis. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa sabar dalam hadis bukan hanya dimaknai sebagai sikap menahan diri, melainkan juga sebagai kekuatan spiritual dan akhlak aktif yang mencerminkan keteguhan hati, ketekunan dalam berbuat baik, serta kemampuan untuk tetap tenang dan percaya kepada Allah dalam berbagai kondisi kehidupan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sabar adalah nilai yang bersifat dinamis dan memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk kepribadian serta ketahanan spiritual seorang Muslim. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang utuh dan mendalam mengenai sabar dalam perspektif Islam, khususnya bagi kalangan pelajar dan mahasiswa, agar nilai sabar tidak hanya dimaknai secara pasif, tetapi juga dapat diaplikasikan secara aktif dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Tujuan utamanya adalah menelusuri cara komunitas pesantren memahami, menghayati, dan menerapkan hadis dalam keseharian mereka. Dengan metode etnografi Spradley yang mencakup analisis domain, taksonomi, komponen, dan tema budaya, penelitian ini menelusuri makna simbolis, nilai-nilai, serta pola interaksi sosial yang terbentuk dari pemahaman terhadap hadis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, serta dokumentasi di sebuah pesantren modern di wilayah Kabupaten Tangerang. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa hadis tidak semata menjadi pedoman hukum dan moral, tetapi turut membentuk tatanan sosial, relasi otoritas, serta norma-norma yang berlaku dalam kehidupan antara kiai dan santri. Pemaknaan terhadap hadis di lingkungan ini bersifat kontekstual dan sangat dipengaruhi oleh budaya lokal pesantren. Oleh karena itu, hadis menjadi fondasi dalam pembentukan identitas kolektif dan tata kelola sosial di pesantren. Penelitian ini memperkaya kajian hadis dari sudut pandang sosial budaya serta mendorong lahirnya pendekatan lintas disiplin dalam memahami teks keagamaan. It aims to survey its theological impact and postulate pertaining to the mystical ideas of God, which brought forth diverse religious themes underlying its arguments pertaining to the moral and religious values and symbols that constituted basic ritual and legal practice and its spiritual and mystical implications as highlighted by the Great Master Shaykh al-Akbar throughout this work. The study is based on qualitative method in the form of library and literature survey. It uses descriptive, analytical, philosophical and historical approaches to collectively process the data derived from primary and secondary sources that were further objectively and scientifically analyzed. The study concludes that the work <em>Mishkat al-Anwar </em>(The Divine Reports) portrays significance ideas and understanding of sacred hadith (<em>hadith qudsi</em>) and its broad ethico-legal and mystical conception in light of the synthetic ideology it brought forth that synthesize dogmatic orthodoxy and liberal sufi tradition. It set forth profound metaphysical and eschatological principle and value as well as its spiritual aspect and dimension in light of prophetic guidance derived from revealed law and its sacred interpretation and viewpoint. Using a thematic approach (maudhu'i) to hadiths related to communication, oral ethics, enjoining good and forbidding evil, and conveying information, the methodology used is a qualitative study based on library research. The main conclusions indicate that the hadiths of the Prophet encompass the following principles: honesty, speaking with caution, refraining from spreading slander, and the importance of verification (tabayyun). These principles can serve as a guide for creating a moral, responsible, and moderate digital culture in the lives of contemporary Muslims. These principles are also highly relevant as a foundation for social media ethics. The revolution in human communication has occurred due to the development of information technology, particularly through social media. In addition to making information more easily and quickly accessible, social media has transformed into a platform for the spread of hate speech, defamation, fake news, and other immoral practices that contradict Islamic principles. In this regard, the moral and ethical teachings contained in Islamic teachings, derived from the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), are relevant for guiding individuals toward dignified and healthy online interactions. Therefore, the researcher reviews the biography and contribution of Shaykh Muhammad Amin al-Harari in the field of Hadith by looking at how the method of Hadith narration he used in the book of Sahih Muslim that he wrote and what composition he used in narrating the Hadith of Sahih Muslim. Through the library research method, therefore this research needs data sources in the form of the book of al-Kaukab al-Wahhaj, the book of the method of hadith scribing and scientific journals related to this discussion. The research method used is library research, which involves collecting data from books and various hadith compilations relevant to the topic of discussion. The results and discussion of this research show that analyzing the chain of narration plays a crucial role in determining the quality of a hadith’s sanad (chain of transmission). After analyzing the elements of the sanad, such as the narrators’ names, the forms of transmission (ṣīghah), and the number of narrators, the researcher found that each of these elements requires thorough investigation through various reference works to deepen the analysis of the hadith chain’s condition. The analysis of narrators’ names should be carried out by consulting multiple rijāl al-ḥadīth (biographical) books. Likewise, the analysis of ṣīghah requires examining teacher–student relationships and corroborating them with evidence from the explanations of scholars found in classical works. The analysis of the number of narrators in the sanad demands access to a wide range of sources without limiting the investigation to specific books, in order to trace the length or brevity of the chain. Although determining the quality of a hadith may consider the number of narrators in the chain, further analytical depth is still necessary.
