And generally this anxiety arises because of pressure from social and academic aspects. Of course, this anxiety will have a negative impact on students' potential and academic achievement. Therefore, effective therapy is needed to reduce this anxiety. And one therapy that can be used is non-pharmacological therapy using color therapy with green. The research method used in this research is a literature review approach by analyzing five national journals obtained from the Google Scholar database from 2020-2024. The journal chosen by this researcher was based on inclusive criteria. The criteria set were green color therapy, with the subject of students and anxiety. As for the results of this research, there are three factors that influence green color therapy in reducing student anxiety, namely the characteristics of the color green, color therapy techniques and the duration of therapy.
2024-12-15T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 JIEGC Journal of Islamic Education Guidance and Counsellinghttp://newjurnal.idaqu.ac.id/index.php/jiegc/article/view/623FENOMENA BURNOUT PADA IBU RUMAH TANGGA: DIKAJI BERDASARKAN KEILMUAN BIMBINGAN DAN KONSELING2025-05-31T11:02:32+07:00Fitri Husaibatul Khairat Hsbfitrihsb1993@gmail.com
This study aims to explore the phenomenon of burnout in housewives from the perspective of guidance and counseling. This study was conducted in three sub-districts in Cilegon City which are known as industrial areas with a significant number of housewives. Using a mixed methods approach with an explanatory sequential design, the study began with quantitative data collection, followed by qualitative data to provide a comprehensive understanding of the burnout phenomenon. Participants were housewives who had been married for at least three years, were not formally employed, and voluntarily agreed to participate in this study. Data collection instruments included an adapted version of the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) and in-depth interview guidelines. The results showed that 21% of participants experienced high levels of burnout, 75% were categorized as experiencing moderate burnout, and only 4% were categorized as low burnout. These results indicate that the proportion of housewives who are able to manage their responsibilities with stable psychological well-being is relatively small. These quantitative findings are further supported by insights from qualitative interviews. The prevalence of moderate to high levels of burnout indicates that domestic roles place great emotional and psychological demands on housewives. This underscores the need for a structured and professional support system. Guidance and counseling will provide space for them to feel more appreciated, understood, and empowered, which will ultimately have an impact on preventing burnout and improving their quality of life.
2024-12-15T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 JIEGC Journal of Islamic Education Guidance and Counsellinghttp://newjurnal.idaqu.ac.id/index.php/jiegc/article/view/686BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK TEKNIK PROBLEM SOLVING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN ADVERSITY QUOTIENT MAHASISWA TINGKAT AKHIR2025-06-21T17:54:37+07:00Faijahfaijahfaijah735@gmail.comRizki Novirsonrizkinovirson@gmail.comNana Meily Nurdiansyahnana.meily@uinjkt.ac.id
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of problem solving technique group guidance in improving the adversity quotient ability of final year students. This anxiety disorder can disrupt an individual's daily activities if not treated immediately. Therefore, there is a need for a way to help deal with this problem, one of which is expressive writing therapy. Researchers in conducting research used the systematic literature review (SLR) method, namely by reviewing 10 journals that were relevant to the research theme. The researcher's aim in conducting this research is to describe expressive writing therapy as a method in psychology that can be used as a medium of catharsis for individuals who are experiencing anxiety. After the researchers reviewed 10 journals, the results showed that this expressive writing therapy has been proven to be effective and useful as a medium for channeling emotions (catharsis) for individuals who are experiencing anxiety. Writing therapy can be used as a method to express thoughts, feelings, emotions that may be difficult to explain orally so that you can express them in written form. So that after carrying out this therapy an individual can feel comfortable, relieved and not have burdened thoughts or feelings because they have been expressed and expressed in the right way.
2024-12-15T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 JIEGC Journal of Islamic Education Guidance and Counselling
