The rapid advancement of digital technology and the increasing intensity of children's social interactions within the school environment have introduced various parenting challenges, including the risks of bullying and excessive gadget dependency. Preliminary observations conducted at SDN Rancalabuh 01, Kemiri District, Tangerang Regency, revealed that parents' understanding of positive parenting practices in the digital era remains limited. In addition, there is a pressing need to strengthen students' awareness of anti-bullying behavior. This community service program aimed to enhance the understanding of both parents and students regarding positive parenting as a preventive strategy against bullying and gadget dependency among elementary school children. The program employed a participatory approach consisting of problem identification, program planning, implementation of a parenting seminar and anti-bullying awareness campaign, and evaluation through pre-tests, post-tests, and reflective discussions. The participants included teachers, parents or guardians, and sixth-grade students of SDN Rancalabuh 01. The findings demonstrated a significant improvement in participants' understanding of positive parenting practices, bullying prevention, and responsible gadget use. Furthermore, the program increased parents' awareness of the importance of open communication, appropriate supervision, and guidance in children's use of digital technology. The collaboration established between families and the school emerged as a key factor in creating a safe, healthy, and child-friendly learning environment. This program has the potential to serve as a sustainable community engagement model for strengthening the partnership between families and schools in addressing parenting challenges in the digital era.
